Minerva IT and our team
Based in East London Minerva IT are an online creative agency that offer a wide range of services from graphic design and brand management through to web programming, building, hosting and content writing.
We pride ourselves on our work and the attention to detail we pay to every aspect of a website build. Making sure to test our sites over all main browsers and desktops.
Now into its second year of practice, Minerva IT continues to grow from strength to strength creating contemporary design focused websites. We strive to produce excellent websites combining outstanding graphic design with usability, accessibility and search engine optimisation. All of our designs are carried out in-house and are bespoke to our customer’s needs, we do not use pre built templates or sub-contract unless discussed with the client.

David Has been working in the IT industry for the past 7 years and after graduating from Brunel University, Joined British Telecom as their Technical Lead.
David worked for BT for 2 years, working on the BT Business "Help & Support" site (nominated for CRM excellence 2009) and the "MyOffice" product site, BT's flagship product procurement and management portal.
Amongst other work, David has undertaken design, coding and management roles for clients such as BT, Easyroommate & Theo Paphitis. He has worked with some of London's leading design & Usability companies, and has a passion for Usability, Accessability and "User Centred Design" At EasyRoomMate he managed a multi-Variate & A/B testing regime that increased revenue 18%.
David is the Technical lead & developer for Minerva IT, and has also recently rejoined British Telecom
After graduating from the highly acclaimed Graphic Design and photography course at Kingston University, Tom Moran went on to become the head of graphic design for Kookaburra Reader Ltd.
Over the course of three years he rebuilt the entire brand for the modern market, turning it into one of the world’s largest and most respected cricket brand names. Tom increased sales, brand perception and restructured the design process to be more efficient and effective. His roles within the company included worldwide design and creative direction for the entire product range, advertising and international website.
In what spare time Tom has he enters design competitions and has recently won two competitions for Hugo Boss, which included an advert in ID magazine, a limited edition bottle and a mural campaign in New York.
Tom now designs for Minerva IT and is the also the head of online design for Ryman’s e-commerce website.
